Return Policy
We hope you enjoy what you order! However, if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, we try to help you deal with it as much as possible. Please note that shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the original product is defective.
Return procedure
- Step 1: Contact Customer Service mail to explain the item and reason you would like to return. If there is a quality problem, provide an image of the product (s).
- Step 2: Please send your item back according to the service team's return instructions.
- Step 3: Within 3-5 days of receiving your product at our warehouse and approving your request, a refund will be issued to the collection account you provided, based on your communication with our service team.
- You have 14 days to decide whether a product is right for you, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return it.
- The product is in good condition, unused, undamaged, and contains all parts of it with the original label/package.
- Free gifts must be in good condition, unused, undamaged, and returned immediately.
- We will not accept returns that you send back directly without first contacting us.
- If lost or used, the free gift cannot be refunded, otherwise its price must be deducted.
- The original shipping and freight guarantees are non-refundable.
- Due to differences in display, differences in print pattern, original edges, thickness, touch, and color do not pose quality issues.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with changes in style, color, and personal preferences do not pose a quality issue.
- Damage caused by improper use, diversion, or other human factors does not constitute a quality problem.
- Defective goods that were clearly stated at the time of purchase do not constitute a quality issue and are not accepted for return.
- Please refer to our size chart to finalize your purchase as our service team can only provide our recommendations. Returns due to size issues do not constitute quality issues.
- Items of different sizes may vary slightly due to differences in design and style between projects. See actual measurement results.

After receiving a confirmation email from the customer service team
We handle all customer service issues related to returns within 24 hours.
Do not send returned items from the package you received to the sender's address. If you do not contact us first, we will not accept any returns.
