5.4 Transport and delivery. iKR shipped from China. For orders containing more than one item, we may, at our sole discretion, divide your order into packages based on inventory levels. Our goal is to deliver the order as soon as possible. However, sometimes delivery can take longer during busy sales periods. 5.5 Risk of ownership and loss. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer, after which the risk of loss or damage shall be transferred to the buyer. Any claim by the buyer for damage in transit or delivery shall be made directly to the carrier or iKR and then borne by the carrier. Buyer must file any claim for shortage or damage occurring prior to iKR delivery to the carrier within five (5) days of receipt of the goods, with the original transport document signed by the carrier stating the carrier's claim under conditions. Although the risk of loss has been transferred to the Buyer, ownership and possession of the goods sold under this Agreement shall remain with iKR until all payments under this Agreement, including deferred payments, interest, transportation costs, as evidenced by notes or other means,
5.6 Product returns. Items can be returned within a specified period of time. The exact return period and return policy vary by country. Please contact our customer service for more information. Customer returns are responsible for shipping costs.
Goods of the wrong size and items with quality problems can be exchanged. For defective products, if you confirm that the returned product is defective or damaged, we will refund you the full amount, including the costs incurred in delivery and return. Refunds will be made to the bank account or original payment method you provided.
